You are not allowed to request of copying other creators' work or their art style.

The artist will put the commission works on portfolios or post on social media except if it's under NDA

background will automatically be abstract with no additional price. Request if you want a plain background

Paypal is the only payment method. Currency must be set in US Dollars

After choosing a style and content, price will be determined.

If the commission is agreed, You will be required to pay 50% upfront. the next 50% full payment will be sent when commission finalized. but for commission in lower value of $50 must pay fully to prevent scams and be a one-time transfer to lessen the fees.

before proceeding, you must additionally put 4.4% + $0.30 each transactions due to Paypal's transfer fee for internationals

Refunds are not accepted unless you have the right to request if there's no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months.

Commission can no longer be cancelled when it's already in progress

The artist will have the rights to cancel the commission that find such immoral behaviors intolerable

when visual is final, I will no longer make any heavy changes except there will be extra charges if need to do so

The client is allowed to use the commission artwork in any personal matter

The client is allowed to repost the commission work in any social media platform

Will forbid to any of these use, reproduce the work in profit, Blockchain, train/generate with AI, Claim the work as your own, any the likes of illegal/unethical use.

If you're using the commission for commercial use (such as with monetization), you are required to discuss its purposes with me for additional charge (charge may vary depends how it will be used)
